Every month, we will delve into the fundamentals of various ballroom, swing, and country dances, providing a comprehensive overview that caters to both beginners and those looking to refine their skills. Each session will focus on one or two specific dance styles, allowing participants to explore the unique rhythms, steps, and techniques that characterize each genre.

After each lesson, there will be designated time available for practice, enabling participants to apply what they have learned in a supportive environment. This practice session is crucial, as it reinforces the techniques introduced during the lesson and builds confidence in each dancer’s abilities. You won’t need to worry about finding a partner for the lesson; we will implement a partner rotation system.
